Pins with hard enamel are the highest quality and finest form of pins. The raw material is embossed and the hard enamel colours are applied. fine bars between the coloured areas serve to define the individual colours. No colour bleeding is possible.

Hard enamel is also know as fire enamel because the colours are baked at 800-900°C.

Afterwards your pins are hand sanded and electroplated with your choice of metal colour.

Due to the high quality of the fire enamel the colours are as scratch resistant, as tiles. Therefore, this type of pin is the most durable but also the most expensive type of pin.

These decorative pins are best suited for use as keepsakes, for special occasions or for limited editions.
