For the Soft Enamel Pins as with the hard enamel pins, the design is embossed into the material. The soft enamel colours are poured into the resulting depper areas and baked at approx. 160°C .
Fine metal bars elegantly separate the colours from each other.
Since the coloured areas are deeper compared to the metal bars an epoxy resin layer can be applied for protection.
The enamel makes clear individual colours possible. However colour gradients cannot be implemented here.
The soft enamel pins are ideal as advertising materials because they are very high quality and yet cheaper to produce.
